Most Outrageous Group Activity 2011 Ticket . For Moga we buy bags of grain , and walk across town to one of the two grain elevators that are still operating in Swan River .  It's a fundraiser done around Halloween time for the Food Grains Bank , a Christian group raising money for help farmers in poorer countries .
